Technological equipment
HP Indigo digital printing technology is considered one of the most sustainable technologies available on the market today. It is a completely closed system of colours in cartridges that do not require the addition of hazardous chemicals or solvents (Voc free), whereby the potential risk to the environment is also reduced.
Since digital printing does not require the production of clichés, the preparation time is significantly shorter and the costs of the printing itself are lower. With that the energy is saved and valuable natural resources are preserved. With “on demand” printing, we only print ordered products. Such a production process significantly rationalizes the use of printed material itself and minimizes its waste.
HP Indigo colours are easily discoloured in the packaging recycling process to meet the stringent requirements of the environmental ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) standard. These colours are also BIO-degradable and can be used in printing compostable films.
With our HP Indigo digital printing technology, we can:
- Ensure double-sided printing on different materials (paper, PET, BOPP, LDPE, etc.).
- Adapt the print format to meet the technical requirements of user's equipment.
- Print different variable data (numbering, bar or QR codes, etc.) and personalized content directly, without additional preparation and adaptation of technology.
- Provide high quality printing with a wide colour spectrum (colour gamut) (recommended by leading brands, as this technology reaches as much as 97% of the Pantone colour spectrum).
- Offer a cost-effective and relatively affordable printing solution – without the use of clichés, suitable for low and medium volumes.
- Provide sustainable and eco-friendly printing (almost no waste material, no solvents and added chemicals, no need to recycle clichés).
- All our colours are compostable (TÜV Austria – Home and Industrial)
Technical specifications:
- the possibility of printing various polymer films and laminations (up to 350 µm);
- print width of up to 740 mm;
- printing on materials from 12 to 350 µm;
- HP IndiChrome Plus 7-colour printing.
Pack-ready lamination
Pack-ready lamination enables the production of high-quality packaging, which can be placed on the market very quickly.
In the process of lamination, heat and pressure mechanically merge the primer with the substrate, which creates a high strength of polymer bonds and ensures a practically zero drying time.
Pack-ready technology thus enables fast printing and packaging solutions “on demand” as well as efficient marketing of products.
The Karlville Pack Ready laminator has a low environmental impact, operates with no chemical reactions, no migration of substances and particles. Top quality for the protection of food products.
Technical specifications:
- the possibility of using various polymer films and laminations;
- suitable for high-quality and efficient packaging, such as retort (lamination of polymer and metallised film).
Cutting
For the production of high-quality flexible packaging products, we use the newest cutting technology. It is a versatile machine which ensures the cutting of a wide variety of applications or packaging products.
Technical specifications:
- max. speed 500 m/min;
- the possibility of using various polymer films and laminations.
Production of pouches – pouch maker
For the production of pouches with zip closure, we use a machine from the renowned Swiss manufacturer Karlville, which is famous for its precise production with minimum deviations. We produce mono PP recyclable structures, as well as standard laminates with or without aluminium.
Machine specifications:
- bag width 85 mm – 350 mm
- bag height 120 mm – 295 mm
- sombrero euro hole
- rounded edges
- notch for easier opening –
- so called double cut for a perfect and faultless cut
