Quality certificates ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

Our consistent efforts in recent years to ensure business excellence in all segments of our company's operations have borne fruit. Internal systemic organisation, consistent systematization, environmental responsibility and traceability in all phases of business processes have been certified by quality certificates ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, which we are very proud of.

BRC Packaging, issue 6

At the beginning of 2020, our company acquired another very important technical standard BRC Packaging, issue 6, with the highest possible A rating for digital printing, varnishing, laminating, hot-foil printing, screen printing, embossing and cutting of self-adhesive labels and digital printing, thermal laminating and cutting of flexible packaging for products entering the food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

The company respects and fulfils all the requirements of the BRC Packaging standard and is committed to the highest quality and safety of our products.

The new BRC Packaging issue 6 standard provides a solid framework that helps produce safe packaging products and manages product quality to ensure packaging manufacturers meet customer requirements, while maintaining product compliance and consumer safety. The emphasis of the requirements of the standard is on the commitment to management and safety program based on risk analysis and quality management support system. Last but not least, the standard promotes greater transparency and traceability of the food supply chain.

The certificate in accordance with the BRC Packaging issue 6 standard is recognized by many brand owners, retailers, food manufacturers, who evaluate the performance of their suppliers.

Forests are the lungs of our planet – Labelprofi d.o.o. is the holder of FSC® CoC certificate

At LabelProfi, we are aware that only through a joint effort for sustainable forest management will we be able to maintain their biological balance and leave them to future generations in the first place. With the acquisition of the FSC® Chain of Custody (FSC® CoC) certificate, which is designed to track wood and wood products throughout the entire production chain, we show our affection and commitment to nature and forests, which we are especially proud of.

LabelProfi obtained the certificate FSC® Chain of Custody for the production of labels, certified as FSC® Mix and FSC® Recycled.

A well-informed final consumer wants to purchase a product for which there is evidence that the basic material was obtained by sustainable, multi-purpose and nature-friendly management. The chain of custody certificate ensures that through the mentioned process FSC® certified material is not mixed with non-certified material of unknown origin.

FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization that established the first permanent forest management system (Forest Management) and implemented further traceability of certified wood or products (wood, wood products, paper and paper products).

FDA Foods Standards, ROHS, REACH

In our production, we use 100% nature friendly printing colours, for which we also have obtained the appropriate certificates (FDA Foods Standards, ROHS, REACH).
